Wśród ofert składanych w przetargach drogowych coraz częściej pojawiają się takie, które są tańsze od kosztorysu inwestora nawet o kilkadziesiąt procent. Bywa, że wszystkie oferty znajdują się poniżej budżetu. Czy jest to walka o kontrakty, która potem będzie skutkowała ich porzucaniem, a może górę bierze tu czynnik międzynarodowy i firmy, które nie znają realiów polskiego rynku? – Do rekordowo niskich cen ofertowych podchodzę na razie ze spokojem, ponieważ ceny mają charakter relatywny i nie można abstrahować od pozostałych czynników, które wpływają na ich poziom. A Maple Ridge man has launched an effort to recall B.C.
