As pointed out by Deadline ,  New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo  announced the change during his press briefing Saturday, as the nation quickly approaches holiday travel season. The Democratic lawmaker said that beginning Wednesday, non-residents who plan to come to New York must test negative for the virus within three days before arrival; once in New York, they will be required to quarantine for three more days, and then take a second test on the fourth day. If they receive a negative result, the quarantine period can end. "There will be no quarantine list, there will be no metrics," Cuomo said. "If you are coming into New York within three days you must have tested negative. Once you arrive in New York, you must quarantine for three days and can take a test on the fourth day." New

According to  News & Observer , the incident took place Saturday in Alamance County where about 200 people participated in the "I Am Change Legacy March to the Polls" in downtown Graham. The crowd began marching at the AME Church and made their way to the county courthouse, where a voting rights rally was scheduled to take place. Participants reportedly included local politicians, faith leaders, and community members, some of whom were with their children. Demonstrators said once they arrived at the courthouse, organizers led a moment of silence for George Floyd , the 46-year-old Black man who was killed while in Minneapolis police custody. Everyone thinks he’s so cool that he gets to go to the NHL, but I don’t see how someone can be cool when you pick on someone your entire life,” Meyer-Crothers told the newspaper.  The most disturbing incident came when Miller and an unnamed student forced Meyer-Crothers to lick a lollipop that they had wiped against a bathroom urinal. Meyer-Crothers then had to undergo tests for HIV, hepatitis, and other STDs. https://ift.tt/Oj01b3 A New York City man is recovering at the hospital after falling through a sinkhole on a Bronx sidewalk, and winding up in a pit filled with rats, NBC New York reports .  Leonard Shoulders, 33, was waiting for the bus across the street from Saint Barnabas Hospital Saturday when the sidewalk collapsed beneath him. Surveillance footage shows Shoulders tried to hold on to whatever he could, but he ultimately fell between 12 and 15 feet underground. “He was just standing and the sidewalk just - It was like a suction,” his mother Cindy White told NBC New York. “Like a sinkhole. He just went down.”  After he fell through the sinkhole, bystanders tried to check on Shoulders by asking him to wave and scream as others called for help. I've had a vast collection of DVDs and Blu-rays my entire life, but as I grew older and moved more, I shifted my focus and efforts into buying movies on Amazon. They were just a click away and could be moved without having to pack them in a dozen boxes. But one thing I noticed is that sometimes the movies I buy disappear. Turns out that's because I don't really own them, after all. When an Amazon Prime Video user buys content on their platform, what they're really paying for is a limited license for “on-demand viewing over an indefinite period of time” and they're warned of that in the company's terms of use.
