Benny the Butcher is looking to dominate 2022.

At midnight Friday, the Griselda rapper came through with his new track “Johnny P’s Caddy,” a J. Cole-assisted joint produced by The Alchemist. The song serves as the lead single off Benny’s long-awaited Tana Talk 4 album, which is expected to arrive later this year.

“Any rapper will tell you when you’re working with someone like Cole, it’s like a match of wits; you gotta go crazy, because you know he is,” Benny said in a statement. “Iron sharpens iron. You want it to be an environment where someone has the presence to push you. It’s dope!”

The song’s title is a reference to the old-school Cadillac that Benny’s father owned during the rapper’s adolescence. Benny said the car played a significant role in forming his passion for music, as his father would drive him and Westside Gunn around while listening to tunes.

You can stream “Johnny P’s Caddy” now on all major platforms, including YouTube above. Benny has yet to announce an official release date for Tana Talk 4, but is confident it will be the best release of 2022.

“While n***as be talking their shit, who wanna bet my shit go crazy when I drop Tana Talk 4,” he said in a video earlier this month. “If anybody doubting me—who wanna bet? What we talking about? Who wanna bet me? ... Album of the year, who wanna bet me right now? Album of the year for consideration before it even came out, before you heard one single. I got 10 bands ... Who wants to take that bet?”
