Hwy 1 closed after crash

Highway 1 west of Kamloops is closed in both directions after a crash on Tuesday evening.

According to DriveBC, the vehicle incident happened along the Trans-Canada Highway near Deer Drive, which is in the Cherry Creek area.

DriveBC said crews are heading to the crash. Motorists are advised to drive with caution in the area and to expect major delays.
