Namami Gange implementation "very effective," says government

According to Minister of State for Jal Shakti Prahlad Singh Patel, the implementation of Namami Gange projects in Uttarakhand, Bihar, and West Bengal has been "very effective."

In response to a written question in the Lok Sabha, he stated that the median value of dissolved oxygen had been determined to be within acceptable limits of the declared primary bathing water quality requirement.
